Jolibert Park

Jiliber Park in Grodno named after French scientist and doctor Jean-Emanuel Jiliber who founded a medical school in the city in the 1770s. Located in the valley of the River Gorodnichanka it is an historical urban park. Its grounds include monuments decorative sculptures as well as a botanical garden considered a precursor to the modern city park. It connects the historic center of the city with the district of Eliza Ożeško Street.
