Franciscan Monastery

Franciscan Monastery in Grodno is situated on Ogorodnaya Street, 2. Previously it belonged to the Franciscan order and was a center of religious life in the city. During the Soviet period the building was used for other purposes, but after returning to the Catholic community it became a monument of Catholic heritage of Grodno. Church is built in baroque style with characteristic historical architectural traditions. Complex has survived wars and political changes reflecting the complex history of the region.
