Festive Park Gomel

Festival Park in Gomel was laid out in 1968 to commemorate Victory Day. Its compositional center is Glory Hill. The park is divided into two parts: memorial western and sports eastern. Total area is 32.1 hectares. Located in the Soviet district of the city, bounded by Mezhdugorodnaya Street, Volgograd Avenue and Rechitsky Prospect. Previously, the territory was part of Nazarovsky Forest.
