Soz River Embankment

The Soz River Embankment is in Gomel and part of the palace-garden ensemble together with the Rumyantsev-Paskevich Palace. Nearby are Pyotropavlovsky Cathedral and Lenin Square. The Soz River, 648 km long, flows through Belarus for 493 km. Hydrological observations have been conducted here since 1898. The embankment connects to Kiev STEP and serves as a walking area.
