Gomel Communal House

The Communal House in Gomel is situated at Lenina Avenue, 51. A monument of Soviet architecture built from 1929 to 1931 according to architect S.D. Shabunevsky's design. It is the first Gomel residential building with elevators and an object of state cultural heritage of Belarus. Features a U-shaped layout intended for workers of the wagon repair plant. The main entrance faces Lenina Avenue.
