South Barracks of Brest Fortress

The Southern Barracks of Brest Fortress is situated within the Citadel of Brest city. Currently it houses an art museum branch where regular art exhibitions take place. The building, damaged during battles in 1941, retains traces of military history of the fortress and forms part of its historical barrack architecture from the 19th century.
