Soviet Street in Brest

Sovetskaya Street in Brest runs through the historical center of the city. Its pedestrian section from Pushkinskaya to Masherov Prospect is known locally as "Brestsky Arbat". There is a monument to the Millennium of Brest at the intersection with Gogol Street. The street's buildings consist mainly of low-rise structures from the interwar period. The far end of the street leads to an otdykh area near the Mukhavets River. The total length of the street is approximately 1740 meters.
