Holy-Simeon Cathedral

Sts.Simeonovsky Cathedral in Brest - an architecture monument of pseudo-Russian style built from 1865 to 1868. Dedicated to St. Simeon the Stylite and serves as the cathedral church of the Brest diocese. Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexius II visited it twice. Educational and enlightening events for the parish take place on its grounds. The building is situated at the intersection of Karl Marx Street and Masherov Avenue. On the dedication plaque are listed names of emperors Nikolay I and Alexander II.
