Ceremonial Grounds Brest Fortress

The Ceremonial Square is situated in the historical center of Brest Fortress — Citadel. In front of it there is a monument "Courage" with an Eternal Flame at its base. The main entrance to the square is marked by an arch "Star". Memorable ceremonies and official events dedicated to significant dates take place here. It is the central part of the memorial composition opened in 1971 and an important element of the memorial route through the fortress.
