Brest Fortress Necropolis

Brest Fortress necropolis is situated near the memorial's main objects. It contains burials of fortress defenders and their families, with three tiers of granite slabs installed above them. Memorial plaques immortalize the names of those who defended. Nearby burns Eternal Flame, emphasizing the memorial character of the complex. Necropolis is an important part of Brest Fortress ensemble and a site for searching and reburying remains of defenders.
