Brest Fortress Defense Museum

The Museum of the Defense of Brest Fortress is located on the grounds of the historical fortress in the city of Brest. It is dedicated to the defense of the fortress at the beginning of World War II in June 1941. Documents, photographs and personal belongings of participants in the events are displayed here. The exhibition covers the history of individual resistance points and considers the defense of the fortress as an important part of the initial stage of the war. The museum is situated near monuments "Courage", "Thirst" and obelisk "Spear".
