Brest City History Museum

Brest City History Museum is located at Levanevskogo Street, 3. Its permanent exhibition features over 800 exhibits covering the development of Brest from the founding of medieval Berestya to the period of the Russian Empire and the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Special attention is given to the history of Brest as part of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The museum opened on July 25, 1998 and is a cultural institution of Brest.
