Brest Rowing Canal

Brest city, Brest Regional Centre for Olympic Rowing Reserve

Brest Rowing Canal — an international-level sports-and-entertainment complex opened in 2007 after reconstruction. Large international rowing competitions are regularly held here, including world and european championships. The canal has a depth of about 3.5 meters and is fed by water from the Mukhavets River. Since 2010 it has hosted world youth championships.
