Brest Fortress Cemetery

Brest Barracks Cemetery is located on Heroes of Brest Fortress Defense Street, 82. It houses 51 unknown Soviet soldiers and over 2000 civilians who died during the war. The central alleyway features a monument to Soldier created by Lev Kerbel. Buried here were military personnel who passed away in the Brest region and Poland. The cemetery is associated with the city's liberation and post-war reburials.
