Brest Railway Station

Brest Railway Station is situated on the Pervozvanzhalnaya Square of Brest city. The first building of the station was solemnly opened on May 28, 1886 under Emperor Alexander III. It had two sides: western and eastern, each with its own railway track width. Inside there were passenger halls of the first and second classes with parquet floors. Today the station is an electrified junction where railways systems of alternating and direct current intersect.
