Brest Regional Drama Theatre

Academic Brest Regional Drama Theatre is located at Lenina Street, 21. Founded in 1940 as a professional Russian dramatic theatre. After the war it resumed operations under the leadership of Nikolay Mitzkevich. In 1968 an independent puppet theatre was formed within the theatre. The building has been open to audiences since 1944.
