Comitasi Museum-Institute

The Komitas Museum-Institute in Yerevan is located at Arshakunian Avenue, 28. This cultural institution is dedicated to the life and work of famous Armenian composer and musicologist Komitas. Lectures, scientific seminars and performances of traditional and academic music are held here. The museum regularly organizes exhibitions, including temporary displays on music, painting and photography projects. The institute also offers educational programs for different age and social groups and annually holds summer schools. Additionally, the museum-publisher publishes collections of scientific articles exploring the heritage of Komitas.
