Ovanes-Tumanyan-Museum

Ovanes Tumanian House-Museum is located in Yerevan, on Moskovyan Street, 40. It features exhibits dedicated to the life and works of the poet as a writer, translator and storyteller. A special place is taken by the exhibition "Tumanian-the Reader", reflecting his books and readership circle. There is also a section about literary union "Vernatun". Fragments of the poet's apartment from Tbilisi are complemented by a bronze bas-relief by Gukas Chubaryan. The museum opened on April 5, 1953.
