Israel Ori Monument

The monument to Israel Ori was erected in the center of Jermuk in 2004. The author of the sculpture is Gagik Stepanyan. The monument is dedicated to the Armenian figure of the 17th–18th centuries who sought to gain the support of the Christian peoples of the South Caucasus for liberation from Persian and Ottoman rule.
