Pristava Lake (Seven Springs)

Lake Pristava, also known as Yotnakhbyur or the "Seven Springs," is located in Jermuk near the Drinking Gallery. The modern name is related to the fact that the reservoir is fed by several purest underground springs that emerge to the surface in a forest park area with alleys, benches, and weeping willows. During the warm season, visitors can ride catamarans or boats, using a small boat station. After being destroyed during raids, the pool remained abandoned for centuries until it was restored by the decision of the Russian administration in the 1860s.
