Friendship Park

Friendship Park in Gyumri, situated on Garegin Nzhde Avenue, was reconstructed and reorganized in 2018. Its total area amounts to approximately 7.2 hectares. The park's concept harmoniously combines urban, natural and recreational areas. It features children's and sports fields, an open garden. Established in the 1960s, it was subsequently renovated according to local residents' wishes, symbolizing international aid to the city following the devastating earthquake of 1988.
