Lchashenskoe Archaeological Settlement

Lchashen archaeological settlement is located near Lchashen village on Lake Sevan shore. It has discoveries of Bronze Age monuments with unique burial mounds, chariots and elite culture items. The settlement is a significant source of knowledge about the history of the Sevan region and enriches Armenian museums' collections with high-quality artifacts from ancient craftsmanship societies. It also complements the prehistoric context of beach and monastery sites in the area.
