Khachkar Graveyard Noraduz

Noraduz Hachkars Cemetery is located at the western shore of Lake Sevan, in Noraduz village. It is Armenia's largest open-air museum with over a hundred ancient carved stone crosses from the 13th to 17th centuries. After the loss of many monuments in Jughayavank, this site houses the main collection of preserved hachkars. Visiting the necropolis is part of the classic route around the lake together with monasteries of Avairavank and Sevan.
